ABOUT ME
I’m a Licensed Marriage and FamilyTherapist in California with a background in behavioral science, clinical research, and digital mental health.
Before opening my private practice, I worked in healthcare and technology settings focused on behavior change, emotional wellbeing, and clinical innovation. This interdisciplinary background allows me to blend research-informed practices with a deeply human, relational approach to therapy.
As a recovering perfectionist who has navigated the complex terrain of burnout, exhaustion, and anxiety, I intimately understand the relentless pressure of always being “on.” It's that feeling of running through conversations in your head, perfecting every detail before they even unfold (or even replaying them after they're done). It's spending hours preparing for a presentation that seems minor to others, just to avoid the sting of perceived incompetence. It's the automatic “yes” that slips out when every fiber of your being is pleading for rest. And those physical manifestations - jaw pain, digestive issues, headaches, when medical professionals assure you nothing is wrong, yet it feels like everything is. Together, we can explore pathways to reclaim your peace and balance. You no longer have to hold it all together on your own.
